Bowater Honda are very excited about the brand new Honda Jazz Hybrid. It is a remarkable little car - so easy to drive, so easy to park, and now even easier on the wallet with a penny pinching hybrid model new onto the market.
Honda are very proud of all their Jazz. There is an auto and manual version of the Jazz S, two different engine sizes to chose from, as well as the Jazz Sport, and now the Jazz Hybrid. Overall they are a bunch of snappy little numbers that will get you moving!
They not only look great, but are very easy on the petrol, making them a perfect around town car. Not only that but they also come complete with the wonderful Honda Magic Seats system - a unique way of creating a vast amount of storage and cargo space, allowing you to carry things a lot bigger than you would think you could fit it!

With the price of fuel rocketing over two dollars per litre, people are looking at how they can be more fuel efficient, and the Jazz comes up trumps in a number of ways. You can be as frugal as you want when driving one. It comes in two thrifty engine sizes, 1.3L and 1.5L i-VTEC engines, both coupled with five-speed gearboxes. In the recent AA Energywise Rally, the Jazz won the Small Car class with a 5.27 l/100km economy in the manual.
The new Jazz models have been updated to deliver a more stylish and contemporary feel inside and out. All versions include different body styling, with the 1.5L Jazz Sport demonstrating a strong and sporty image with its sports body kit, while the 1.3S offers a more subtle sports styling. The 2011 new generation range sees a number of vibrant new colours added to the exterior, including Fresh Lime Green, Sunset Orange and Storm Silver, all of which make a great personal statement out on the road. Both models include unique alloy wheels and rear sports spoiler, while the Sport model also adds front fog lights.

Competition Entry
- You must agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
- One entry per person. More than one test drive may be taken but only one entry will be submitted.
- Entries are automatically made via the Honda Information System at the completion of the Jazz test drive. No written confirmation of entry will be provided.
- Entries are open for a Jazz test drive completed between 01 May & 31 October 2013.
- The prize will be drawn in November 2013 at Honda New Zealand Limited. Honda's decision is final.
- The winner will be contacted directly by Honda New Zealand by email or phone.
- The winner will be announced on www.honda.co.nz
- The winner agrees that the winner's name and the city or town in which they live will be posted on the Honda New Zealand website and may be used for additional promotions (physical and email address will not be included in either scenario).
Prize
- The prize consists of a new Honda Jazz of the winner’s choice (manual, CVT or automatic transmission). The Prize includes the initial new vehicle registration and first Certificate of Fitness. Insurance of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the Winner.
- The prize will be available to be collected by the winner from their closest Honda Agent in November 2013.
- Vehicle colour may be chosen by the prize winner from the available landed stock in November 2013.
- The prize cannot be transferred for other goods, services or redeemed for cash.
- The winner’s choice of Jazz model will constitute the total prize value, regardless of any difference in retail price between Jazz models. No cash difference will be paid.
Eligibility
- To be eligible entrants must be over 25 years old and hold a current New Zealand driver's license.
- This prize is available to New Zealand citizens and residents only.
- Employees of Honda New Zealand and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Transferability
- The winner may, with the permission of Honda, confer the prize to a family member who meets the criteria. Honda's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Non acceptance of these conditions will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
