Our local Mag & Turbo in central Nelson is needing a new manager to step in and continue the growth trajectory of an established, professional and cohesive team.
As manager you will be instantly supported by the national Mag & Turbo structure as well as locally as a part of the well established and respected Bowater Motor Group. There will be expectations to strive for, goals to set, and targets to achieve; so we are looking for someone with previous management, maturity and team leadership experience.
A large part of the role will be dealing with our established customer base, as well as reps and others within our large motor group.
You don't necessarily need to know lots about tyres. Knowing about people is a more valuable skill to us, and how to get the best out of your experienced and knowledgeable team is a far better asset to have.
We require all applicants to have a full and clean drivers license. If you are keen to shift from another region our vast network can certainly make that transition a little easier, so think of this as a potential life changer!
The position ideally will start mid January 2019.
